  I brought my girlfriend out to dinner here to surprise her for our anniversary. We took a seat at the bar before our reservation and were greeted by very friendly faces. The bartenders were very personable and got us our drinks right away. My girlfriend can be a bit picky and indecisive and they seemed to have a drink for everyone. We after sat in the dining room for dinner. The atmosphere was beautiful just what we were hoping for. The food was even better the sea bass tasted like they had just caught it that morning, extremely fresh and flavorful. When dessert came our server even decorated the plate! Our experience was phenomenal, start to finish. Thanks Cava we will be back!

  A few colleagues had been raving about "the Cava experience" so I decided to try it out in mid-December and was nothing short of blown away. From the decor to the service to the food, I was beyond satisfied - as were my clients. Needless to say I will definitely be frequenting this establishment more often, especially when the rooftop patio opens in the spring! Bravo Cava!

  Worst Restaurant Experience EVER - I took my staff for a Christmas dinner. I made reservations over 1 month early. We were promptly seated in bar overflow area on high-tops. Very noisy and uncomfortable seats. When I ordered our drinks, I asked for bread, I was condescendingly told "we don't do that till your order is placed". After getting our drinks, we waited about 15 minutes to order. I had asked that my chicken parm be cooked well done so cheese was browned. 1.5 hours later, our meals came. 3 of the 4 meals were cold and mine didn't have the well done cheese. One of my fellow guests took a bite of her shrimp and spit it out immediately and stopped eating. About 20 minutes later when the waitress returned, we told her about the cold food, but I didn't say anything about my meal. I also told her about the bad shrimp. She offered to replace the meals, but we said we already waited an hour and half and didn't want to wait. About 20 minutes later we got our check and I noticed she didn't take off the meal that she took away with the bad shrimp. When I asked her about it, she said, "we don't do that if we offer to remake it." When I reminded her we waited a long time and didn't want to wait so long again, she just said "well we don't do it". I then asked for the manager, whom I found out was also an owner. She was more condescending than the waitress. I explained the whole story, she basically called me a liar when I told her how long we waited for the meals. She refused to take off the one plate that was returned. Our bill was $186 and she refused to remove a $25 entree. Oh, the decorative lights were pretty, I'd rather have a good meal.
  
  The 4 of us will NEVER be back.
