  Went there this morning for a coffee & bagel. The girl at the front was very nice. Apparently the order she entered into the system before mine was incorrect, so the customer asked for it to be fixed. The lady working the breakfast sandwiches was SO cold towards the cashier for messing up. She said 'well I made it the way SHE entered it into the system' followed by ' can someone please replace her on the register until xxx gets in at 11AM?'. I mean how rude can you be? First off, in front of customers? Secondly, leave the poor girl alone and actually teach her to do her job right. By being degrading you're helping nobody. Just my two cents if you go to this dunkin dounts. This interaction makes me feel like you don't have to treat your coworkers with respect. Just treat everyone nicely ESPECIALLY in front of customers. So disappointing and unprofessional.
  
  Also, everything bagels should actually have everything seeds on them. I basically got a plain bagel this morning..

  I just moved back to Southington recently and go to this D&D in the morning to get coffee.. I did not like the fact that they told my mom they won't refill her dunkin cup anymore for whatever reason. The guy was rude and just told her that she couldn't refill it without reason. It's a dunkin donuts cup for cryin out loud why would you not refill it?

  This Dunkin' Donuts is very clean and well run. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. As always, the coffee is the best.
